All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UAE, United States, United Kingdom, and several countries in Europe.

 

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the estimated timeframes below. Please note the delivery times are estimates.

** Due to recent rule changes to the import of goods, there may be minor delays for deliveries to the United States.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

Kitty Monroe only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

 

Multiple Packages and Tracking Numbers

Orders with multiple items may be delivered by more than one package, and their corresponding tracking numbers will also be sent to your email. Orders with multiple items may arrive with different delivery times. Although we strive to reduce the number of packages we send, in order to provide you with a diverse selection of premium cat-themed jewellery, this is currently unavoidable due to the storage of items at different warehouses.

 

Damaged Goods

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email help@kittymonroe.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
